RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

CANCELLATIONS:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at hello@lurefragrances.com with your order number. Orders cancelled within 24 hours will receive a full refund.

After 24 hours, once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:
We want you to love our LURE products. However, due to the nature of our products (hand-poured candles with fragrance), we can only accept returns for:
- Damaged products received during shipping
- Defective products (manufacturing defects)
- The final decision regarding the return will be taken by us, once we verify the product.

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

To initiate a return:
1. Email us at hello@lurefragrances.com with your order number.
2. Include clear photos of the damaged/defective product.
3. Include photos of the packaging.

If your return is approved:
- The amount of your order will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Used or burned candles (unless defective)
- Products returned after 3 days
- Products without original packaging
